awesome... people on the other end of the customer service have more power then they let on. My uncle hasnt paid his phone bill in 4 months cause of dropped calls.
HINT: if you want something you think they are not going to give you,,, call the number and in the automated system prompts press the option that says "end service" and then you will get an operator that will have more "options" in order to keep you onboard.
