You have to use the editors on the left of the kitchen to change the directory of where the start menu .lnks are installed. Try using app.dat editor and click on the first app you see.
When it opens notepad 2, edit the directory for the .lnk.
Change "Directory("\Windows\Start Menu\Programs")"
To "Directory("\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Apps")"
or whaterver else. Whatever you put will create a folder for the icon to go into. Do that for all the apps your going to cook in.
