OK- there's definitely something up with this sprint tv! I just exchanged my 3day old touch for a new one, I had fixed up my old one with the vogue cab 1005, and the cache fix, but still didn't get all the channels like I had before for two days. At the store the rep also verified the two icons in the program menu and that HIS guy told him this was an issue they need to fix!

Anyway I Have the same issue on my new phone, can you believe it? just like before, but this time I did nothing to the phone other than Sync it with my contacts and favorites.
Other than that it's a stock blank phone.

I did not get a subscription prompt, I have no menu Icons in the guide, it wants to kick up- dials and all- but then goes to a blank small black screen.
The Programs/Sprint Tv folder has only one folder in it, the menu folder with the same three files, but nothing else. DAMN I'm pissed

Only thing that I can think of is activesync switched something from my old sync- I did click "combine Items" at the first Sync. Is that at all possible that AS would mess with those folders, the sprint tv stuff?

Can someone who gets all the channels post up a detail of their sprint tv cache folder?
PLEASE.

This really sucks! my new device is just hours old, I hope I don't have to take this one back too!
