The cab sets this to 0. I have my lock on and can't take it off because of a system policy, but try setting it to 1.
EDIT: I've just found another identical post you made in the "Touch Pro 2 Tweaks, Hacks, Tips & Modifications" thread, so it looks like you already know about this registry setting. So did you try a soft reset after you made the registry change?

yeah i did this same regedit and it didnt work for me either. somebody that found the edit or posted it said they would find out how to get it to work but they never did.
