You mean use a hardware key to launch the camera app? If so, then the Rhodium Keyboard Controller will allow you to do that. You can program any key to launch any app. The beauty is that you can program a long-press or even a double-click of a hardware key to launch camera, and you don't loose the original functionality of that hard key
Big plus when you've got a limited number of hard keys!
