If it is not listed in the Remove Programs in Settings | System, then you will have to edit the registry and revert the setting:

HKCU\ControlPanel\Keybd\DeviceLockWhenSuspend

The cab sets this to 0. I have my lock on and can't take it off because of a system policy, but try setting it to 1.

EDIT: I've just found another identical post you made in the "Touch Pro 2 Tweaks, Hacks, Tips & Modifications" thread, so it looks like you already know about this registry setting. So did you try a soft reset after you made the registry change?
