I don't use s2u2 as I much prefer PocketShield but there is supposed to be a fix for that.

NFS memory: try starting the game with the KB slid out to force landscape, if that doesn't work try disabling TF3D temporarily & see if it runs then.

There is an app on XDA to disable the power button when the hardware KB is out & it works perfectly.
