The Touch Pro is the last HTC phone that Alltel has and will probably ever have. If you want to check yourself go to
http://www.alltel.com and for zip code give 67701. Most of Kansas hasn't been switched over yet (to Verizon) and that should get you into the old site.
They're still selling the Touch Pro for $349. Ouch!
