This seems like a pretty decent deal, my employer recently offered me the ability to transition my phone over to them and they would just pay for all the minutes/data. The downside is they are now the "owner" on the account meaning they pay the insurance bill and if my phone breaks they will give me a replacement blackberry (f that). So I might go this route so that I can choose my own replacement device, however has anyone actually made a claim against them and everything went smoothly?
