Go back a few pages and you will see a link to a few of my files.
Posted are the manila files that have to be edited.
You need a manila editor and also something like Gimp ( free ) or PhotoShop to colorize or re-pant the icons.
You can even replace the icons with some of your own.
What type of blue icons are you wanting?

You can search for icons and find some pre made.
