How do I replace a file that is in use?
I pulled my Shellres.96.dll out and replaced the icons, I replaced it back into Windows folder once using TotalCommander and it replaced fine.. So I edited more icons and now I treid to repalce it again and it won't let me, says "file in use".... I've tried ActiveSync, Total Commander, SKTools and a DLL exe written to supposedly do just that but none of them will wok being the phone is using the dll??? I'm stumped... Any advice?
