Hey. I have been running your old 23004 rom, but I have been having a lot of problems. Not sure if its the phone or the rom, but it has been extremely slow and sluggish and the battery life is non-existant, as in I unplug it before bed and its dead before I wake up.
Knowing it could be hardware, I have had enough and will try anything before buying a new phone. So...
I am going to reflash back to stock and then try your newest rom since I love the look and feel of your roms. Not quite sure exactly what steps to take though so any help (in very specific terms) will be appreciated. Do I get stock from here:

Also, I want to make sure I do anything and everything necessary to try and breathe life back into my poor Mogul, so nay hints or tips would be very appreciated too.
