I think that the SIP are worse for texting while driving I usually just type with the full keyboard but only while driving straight and I rest my wrists on the steering well to keep my heading. But without feeling the keys, I cannot type accurately, then it becomes more dangerous because I have to retype every other letter because on screen keyboards are retarded :P
