The only risk is damaging your USB port. I have used his previous driver on my TP for a long time and never had a problem. The draw will be somewhere around 900ma. There is no guarantees, but an endorsement from Mighty Mike above should help dissuade you concerns.

· Enable fast charge (this is what does the work)
Everything else is just options for how your phone will behave under different scenarios. If you are happy with the way it works today, I would not leave them unchecked.
