Called retentions, they said i need to exchange it at the store, Store/ecare both said i can exchange but need to get done thru customer service.

Supervisor will not do the exchange without an email from ecare stating they authorized it. What's odd is they saw the first email ecare sent to me but couldn't see the 2nd one... So imma fax it to him -_-
