It's memory address mapping for the device's VM (Virtual Memory) and it all needs to be done by a Chef because it's not user configurable.

I'm pretty psyched to try Opera9.7 too. Does anyone know if it integrates into Manila2.1 well? That's the main reason I haven't tried it yet.
