This is really irritating since the device auto-locks itself after 15 minutes and I am required to PIN-lock my device (Exchange policy). It makes the steering wheel phone controls essentially useless, since the whole idea was I could make calls without taking my eyes off the road. What's the point if I have to wake up the device and unlock it first while driving? This used to work fine with the Pro. Any idea what's causing this and how to fix it? Both phones were running WM6.1, so it is definitely not an OS thing.

Thanks!
You can modify the exchange policy that your company "pushed" to your handset. They are all registry entries and if you are comfortable editing them yourself, you can remove those restriction without impacting your exchange sync. I did this myself when my previous company did this to my handset. Here was an old post I wrote before about the location of those entries.
