Who did you talk to? Retentions? I am doing it my email to ecare. So far they have been very helpful. I was a victim of Asurion Fraud and was a victim of manufacturing problems. Oily smudge on the screen and 2 dead keyboards. So I am hoping they realized its time to give me a phone that does not break every 1 to 2 months.
