i dropped my phone and now the screen is dead. right now, the only way i can see what is going on is using "my mobiler." i have not brought it into sprint yet or called asurion. i am hoping to get a new replacement. looking at this
thread.. it looks like that will be hit and miss. anyone have any more information on that? or some suggestions on how to go about making sure the replacement is new?
i am also wondering about the data on my phone. using "my mobiler" i have been able to back up my data and delete things off the phone. i have also used
pim backup to back up my contacts, texts, etc.
should i remove other programs, etc before taking it in or calling asurion?
should i or can i flash the phone to original condition?
i have also synced with
microsoft myphone.
