I've tried out pretty much all the keyboards. After having used the iphone there isn't really anything that compares. The closest thing I could find was using PCM Keyboard with htctouchers iphone skin (for my touch). But since I got the diamond I need a vga skin, so I remixed a new version from scratch, it took me more than a few hours so I'm posting it in hopes somebody else will benefit/enjoy my (modified) work:
