The editors on the left of the kitchen. Try the app.dat editor and choose all the apps you want to install. When you open the app.dat file with notepad 2 you can change an install location from say "\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" to "\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Apps". It will automatically install an Apps folder on the start menu. Just play with it and you'll get used to it. Either that or go the the windows directory after flashing and create folders in the \start menu\programs\ to move your .lnks into.
