Does it here, too. Was gonna start a thread about it yesterday. At least I know I'm not alone. It is a bit irritating, but I've conditioned myself to expect it. I've noticed if I go to All Settings, and it does its dance, then I go back to the Home screen then back to All Settings, it doesn't do it again. I dunno if it has to sleep first, or what triggers it, but yeah. At least it's not detrimental to operation.
