Thanks FormerPalmOS, my thoughts exactly, though I believe you mean provxml, not tsk. Give that a go, amd1572. Sounds like you have all the needed packages in the the SYS, so the provxml's which are responsible for making that folder and setting the icon in the start menu are probably not executing due to permissions.

Something else to check, look in your temp folder to see if all of the package files are in there. It's a quick and easy way to tell that at least the files are in the rom before bothering to flash.
