So far, this has actually been WAY better than my experience with AT&T and my Fuze... I had to argue with them in the store for an hour to get them to even replace my phone in the first place due to some manufacturing defects, and I was still on my trial period as well.

My experience with VZW CS has been hit and miss. I have had times when the CSRs would bend over backwards to help, and then I have been in situations like yours where I almost get into shouting matches with store managers; however, I have always had my issues resolved. I just had to insist.
