Yeah, there's now way I would accept anything less than a new one. I'm probably just going to find out about the contract changes first though, because if I
really have to send it in and cancel to get it changed, I'll just do that and get a new one anyway.
So far, this has actually been WAY better than my experience with AT&T and my Fuze... I had to argue with them in the store for an hour to get them to even replace my phone in the first place due to some manufacturing defects, and I was still on my trial period as well.
