Dude if they are going to give you a free TP2 go for it give it a try lol. Seriously though there is a good chance your are going to get a TP1. What are you doing that is causing so much trouble. I had a TP1 for almost 6 months and I never had any issues with it. I had to soft reset sometimes but thats it. My TP2 has all kinds of FCKING issues. I think the phones to new and the issues havent been worked out yet. I have a poping speaker. The photo album doesnt auto rotate the picture. Th speakers arnt loud enough. That last one might just be my issue. There are other issues as well but for now thats all I can think of. Those are also pretty small issues, however I can never rember buying a phone and having issues. This isnt my first advance phone purchase either. This is however only my second windows device, I am sure it comes with the territory when buying a WM device. Whatever in a few months I will swap this phone out hoping the new one will be bug free. You better believe the new one is going to get a test though before I leave the building. These freaking phones can take way to long to setup.
