Sorry, you're just a bit too late. Sprint stopped offering the classic SERO plan ($30/500 minutes/unlimited data & messaging) around about mid July 2009. There are still some ways you can get it, but it depends on finding someone who currently has that plan. They can either open a second line on their account, clone the plan and features from their SERO line onto it (difficult, but not impossible) and do a 'transfer of liability' on it. (i.e, sell it to you, put the new line in your name), or you can find someone who is giving up their SERO plans (Ha!) for whatever reason and buy it from them.

The ones I have seen being sold are not cheap initially, and for good reason. They're the cheapest possible cell phone plans unless you actually work for a cell phone company or know someone who does. Though to be fair, you will usually come out ahead (saving money) by buying one, as it is far cheaper over the life of the contract than a normal plan.
