Sure, you'll have to make a shortcut. I use total commander.
Go to \windows\
Find file wrlsmgr.exe
tap on it
tap on file in the bottom bar
tap on >>>>>
tap on Create Shortcut
tap tree
go to \windows\start menu\programs
tap ok
that's it, now the shortcut will be in the start menu and you can assign it to a hard key. I used to do this before sector ported the HTC comm manager. I like it better plus it has a built in wifi router.
