And then mentions the cab to download which I did and then installed it to the device. I have tried the method from the phone as well and still no sucess. I have even tried all 4 USB ports on my laptop. I am familiar to unlocking and flashing custom ROMS with my Touch Pro so its not like I dont know what I am talking about here. Any advice here will be great because I want my wife to enjoy WM6.5.1 like I do.
yep, same exact problem here too. last night I tried everything the notes said on both a Win7 x64 computer with WMDC properly installed, as-well-as a WinXP computer and only once did I ever get a progress meter, but it never got past 0%. I'm going to try it on my WinXP work computer here in a little bit to see if it works here...

edit: actually, mine's just a tad different. when i run PANTHER_CDMA_HSPL exe or SSPL-Manual-PantherCDMA.exe (on the device), the tri-color screen's version is SPL-0.32. But when I do the camera button/power button bootloader thing, the tri-color screen's version is SPL-0.37.

edit: just installed WMDC on my thinkpad t61p / win7 x64, ran PANTHER_CDMA_HSPL exe, and it frickin' worked first time! weird!!
