I actually had the phone tested at a Sprint store. It's required by them before they will replace the battery for free. Here is the issue though. They said it would take ~45 mins, so my girl and I went to lunch. Came back 30 mins later, so I knew I had a bit of a wait time ahead of me. So we waited for another hour or so. I finally got fed up and asked a rep what the deal was. She came out with my phone a couple minutes later. I am thinking my phone got pushed to the side, and missed. I complained, and they just threw a battery in there to appease me. Before all this, I bought a battery from Radioshack, and had the same short life span issues. So, 3 batteries, and battery life under 12 hours, do the math.
