You don't really need to flash to ntelos since there isn't a rom to flash TO for ntelos since it was never supposed to be used by 6700s, what you do is program it yourself manually, use the PRL that was given by the OP and follow his guidelines, all should work fine.

For the CDMA programming menu, it's ##778#, click on Edit, enter your MSL, then in the menus is what you need to change (MDN is your phone number, MSID needs to be given by the rep). If you already have a phone with ntelos and you can view it's information, you can do most of this data entry before you even call, then it's that much easier and it's just a simple ESN swap.
