I have noticed the spinlock patchdoes not help much, if at all. I have not seen a drop in performance though. with the 6.5NK I do see an overall boost in speed of the system, and it seems the memory management has improved. as far as the next release goes, it will come when it comes, the new kernel JUST came out, I will need some time to get used to it and of course to optimize for the new kernel (by doing the opposite of what I spent so long doing to the current release
). Another thing taking a while is that I have never worked with 6.5.1 yet so this too is new. It will come, but I want it to be ready. I am also experimenting with different kitchens (platformrebuilder w/o VK)..
EDIT:
and oh yeah, real life is also keeping me down! lol no worries though.
EDIT 2: by real life keeping me down, I just mean keeping me away from my kitchen... not like depressed or anything lol. I don't let stuff get to me... thanks for the support though
EDIT 3: I have mentioned releasing a kitchen, with the next release will come the kitchen. It will be based on platformrebuilder, much like dcd's kitchen, but will support multiple SYS/XIP builds at once.
At least that's what I say now, I am still just getting used to PRB.
