Also try putting phone in bootloader and while in bootloader hook up usb and run rom update utility and see if it reads device info. Not sure what is going on here but should not be difficult to fix.

You have once again saved the day for me!
I am loading 23045 Barebones because this is the last working ROM. If it works I will then try to flash to 47. Thanks again.

UPDATE!
23045 is working fine and dandy! I will be loading 23047 in a moment to see if that works now.
UPDATE II
23047 Is now working fine too. I feel like the hosting site messes up the programs sometimes. I have to redownload occasionally to get a working copy.
