Really no need to bash the site. Thats all this site is about, is to offer FREE help from all of our knowledgeable members here. Do we owe you something? Call HTC and ask your questions, and see how far you get...lol. The search is actually a pretty easy thing to use. Do you need us to hold your hand too?
