Sprint did not charge my account for TP2?

I bought a Sprint Touch Pro2 over the phone with rentension dept. I haggled over waving the shipping and activation charges, rep said "no problem".

I got the phone last thursday 09/10/09. Phone was supposed to be charged to my sprint account, but there is no charge on my account for this phone to this day?

Normally shouldn't your sprint account be charged instantly or on creation of the Order Number and or tracking number?

Did rentension mess up and waived the entire cost of the phone?



Whats your thoughts on this....
