CM_Guardian is one I know can go away, as is NOTIFICATIONMANAGER (at least on Sprint).

1) What is CM_Guardian?
2) In the startup folder:
poutlook is Pocket Outlook.
3) I also see HTCStartUp and PKG and I am curious what they are.
4) Under Startup Services, I disabled:
DTPT (Active-Sync Desktop Pass-Through)
SqmUpload (Customer experience upload)
PushInternetEngine (scope of this thread's discussion)
5) What are these?
dald/dald.dll
CIQ/CIQservice.dll
CIQAppDetector/CIQAppDetector.dll
stk_service/STK_Service.dll
ussd/USSD_Service.dll
There are a few others I am curious about. I am looking to catalog each startup service and disable those that are not needed. I am not running TF3D.

BTW, I am using Memmaid to do this. Opera no longer automatically load after I disabled the PushInternetEngine.
