hardware is phenomenal! battery life is much improved... MightyMike has a good review of it on his site.

to answer the above question about things from TP1 ROM being ported to TP2 one... not really. I've started from scratch, but the same philosophy will be used.

I may also go back to carrier specific roms, not sure yet at this time...
