Not even close! Touch by a wide margin.
I'm currently carrying both, and have compared each at the end of a 12-14 hour day.
My Touch with stock battery gets more use than my Mogul with 1650 battery, and has 10-20% more battery at end of day.
Today is a great data point - neither has been used yet, both have been off the charger for 4 hours. Touch has 100%. Mogul has 80%. BT off on both.
