I have question...

I just called Telesales because that was how I had to order my TP2 yesterday. I am SO p.o.ed that the sales guy I ordered it from told me not to bother with Saturday delivery because it would not get here by Saturday, anyhow. Grrr...

Anyhow I called them just now because I still did not get an email with a tracking number and the woman told me that they do not have a tracking number and that, because this is a global phone, the fraud department would call me first before they released it. Has anyone else heard this crap? The woman was a royal witch with a capital B to begin with...but has anyone else heard this "they have to call before they release it" garbage?
