I've had 2 TP1's since Day -1 (Best Buy sold them early). I've had both replaced multiple times for many progressive issues. I honestly wish I hadn't traded in one of them for overheating issues because everything else on that one was perfect, but the other has always given multiple issues.

I'm contemplating switching back to my Apache because that thing (woman used to call it "The Brick") has taken many licks and kept on ticking without a single glitch. Just doesn't look very pretty with all the paint chipped, cracked, and rubbing off. Then I'll swap my TP for a refurb and sell it for 150$.

Other idea I'm contemplating is waiting until the TP2 becomes the Self-Service replacement for the TP1 (like the TP1 became for the Mogul). My guess is that it'll take about 3 months for that to happen.

search the threads, theres plenty on it, phone is amazing in every way possible,
battery is awesome, no lag or hesitations, phone performs better than any custom roms that were for the tp1, that being said i thank all the chefs for making the tp1 not as big of piece of crap that stock was....
