Well, first you need to unlock using the gps unlocker. After you are unlocked it really is up to you which rom you want to try. There are great chefs here and on xda it is entirely your decision. If you haven't gone through it go to over to xda-developers and read codybear's faq about unlocking and flashing. It explains how to flash nfsfan's 6.5 rom but the instructions will apply to other roms as well. It is very informative. Good Luck!!
