I ended up getting these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=260462992673 because it looked like it didn't have the front facing camera (like the picture.) FYI: They are hard plastic (but flexible, not rubbery) but the underside is some kind of soft rubber, not really adhesive like... but it works great.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the quality/fit/finish was a little tricky (and not picture perfect due to a spec of dust) but happy nonetheless.
