here's a quick update on my situation...
so sprint received the package i sent them and they were supposedly going to send me a new phone right away. turns out i was waiting for nothing because i called them back and they told me that they did received that package but i would have to re-order the phone again.
not willing to have to go through all the hassle of waiting for shipping, i wanted to just go to the local sprint store and pick one up there instead. the $549.98 that was charged to my bank card was credited back to my sprint account (not really sure why they didnt refund the money back to my bank account, maybe they were thinking i was going to use that credit and buy the phone again?) well, in finding that my money was put into my sprint account, i also found out that sprint has actually credited me $500! so the total credit on my account is now up to $998.
my question is, will i be able to use the credits on my account and buy a mogul phone at the sprint store? are there any forseeable problems?
