ummm, search the word splashscreen... theres a thread "startup animations and splashscreens" lol

anyways, welcomehead.192.png is the splash... startup_480x640.gif is the animation- this isnt a Mighty Rom things, its the same on any ROM

just rename your image, use TC or Resco to place into windows folder...overwrite... reset.. golden...

advanced config can also change those
