Aftermarket Software on VZW TP2

As I normally do when I get a new device, I try to figure out what OEM software I might disable/uninstall, and whatever it's lacking obviously install some aftermarket. I've been trolling some threads here as obviously any TP2 regardless of carrier could benefit from some Google Maps, TomTom, and maybe some old school DopeWars, but not knowing exactly what programs are preinstalled, and which will not work now with the widescreen or lack of d-pad, I plan to create/update a list here if for no more than my own reference when I inevitably re-flash my phone in the future.

Anyone make themself a list already? Things I know so far

Apps
GAlarm
Google Maps
Live Search
i-nigma
Notepad
TomTom

Connectivity
ICS Control
Internet Sharing (Via new Wifi Router CommManager? http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=75461)
NetStumbler Mini

Games
Megapack.. more to come

Media
MusicID
TCPMP & Video Codec Packs

Utilities
PHM RegEdit
Total Commander
1% Battery Meter?
VideoOut Enabler?
Personalizer to Carrier Label?
SmartPhoneTracker

Granted I'm coming from a 6700 but have worked a bit with a TP1 so maybe some of this is unnecessary? Any thoughts?
