Did you make the first panoramic choice false and then choose a diffrent panoramic background? You need to keep the first panoramic background and pick a panoramic scene too cause I had that same problem and thru trial and error I found out what was wrong and it was that. Fellow geekers if you are using his kitchen keep in mind to right click the visual kitchen and run as admin you will have no problems after doing that.
