In this respect your a bit off. Picsel is not included because Picsel Technologies has made it quite clear to forum members that they do not want their software distributed in this manner. We do our best to comply with those wishes.
Unlike Weatherpanel, which is as you describe, Picsel can be installed via an OEM with minimal copying.
