I have always known it to be a direct draw issue. either HTC/ Sprint need to release a patch fix or updated Direct Draw driver or slingmedia has to enable their software to use GDI or Raw Frambuffer with offset like tcpmp does. How can we complain about this so it is brought to the attention of the people responsible so that something is done about it asap. Seems like they become aware of bluetooth and lag issues, why aren't they aware of Video issues??? we must do something about. who do we contact?
