I'm trying to order the TP2 via phone from my local Sprint store.. and the salesman found the phone in their database by name, but he can't seem to find the model number. He tried calling another Sprint store and even the warehouse. He told me that he would call me back to complete the order.

Does anyone here know it? Maybe I could help things along a bit.
