there is a .reg fix posted for this in mightymike's thread, or somewhere on xda "Enable Phone Skin.cab" which is the same .reg fix.
Hey man thanks for the info but I did a hard reset and reflashed last night since I had played around with a bunch of dialers and keyboards. It must have been one of the other dialers I installed cause the issue, with only the tachi dialer that is in the 2.06 ROM is not there any more. Again what an awesome ROM
